Event Cancellation Information

 Dear Customer 

We acknowledge this is a very difficult and uncertain time for everyone. It is a particularly testing period for The Witham with performances and events being cancelled. As a charity we rely on ticket sales as a significant source of income. Without it there is a risk to our financial stability.  

We are therefore asking for your support in selecting one of the following options: 

  1. If you are able, please consider donating the value of your tickets. Simply email us to confirm this is what you would like to do. 
  2. We can offer you a credit note to the value of your tickets. This credit will remain available to you for 12 months and can be used against the purchase of future tickets at The Witham.  
  3. We can refund you in full. If you have paid by credit or debit card either online, on the telephone or in person we can return the money to your card. If you paid in person using cash, you will need to return to The Witham for a cash refund once we reopen.

Please be mindful that we are a small team, possibly working on reduced capacity. When you get in touch regarding a cancellation, our staff will assist you through this process, but may not be able to action any refund immediately. Please bear with us as we work through requests. Your support, as always, is greatly appreciated and we wish you well during these challenging circumstances.
