Stuart has spent his career painting, from illustrations for book covers magazines and computer games, illustrating a Dr Who book, working for architect Sir Norman Foster, to custom painting motorbikes and working with Turner Art Prize winner, Jeremy Deller.

The past 13 years he has worked with Jeremy, including painting murals and project managing for Jeremy at the Venice Biennale for 3 months and painting murals in Madrid and Barcelona.

In between commissions, Stuart produces his own work including landscapes around Teesdale.
