Starting Fridays from 18 October, join local artist Alice Kelly, for the Wild Ones Workshop, a series of FREE creative sessions in The Witham Room on Friday evenings. Alice will guide you through a variety of crafts, helping you reconnect with yourself and slow down. Each week, she will introduce different creative techniques—such as printing, weaving, and painting—offering step-by-step instructions to help bring your ideas to life.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced crafter looking for fresh ideas, Wild Ones is designed for you! Alice will take you through a range of materials and methods, giving you the freedom to explore your creativity in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Wild Ones is a Cultivate Commission, which is designed to support creative practitioners to work with and alongside communities in County Durham to increase participation in cultural activity that has a positive impact on community identity and pride of place.
