We’re Good To Go…

We’ve missed you and we’re hoping to see you again as soon as you can make it.

From Wednesday 26th August, our café and shop will be opening every Wednesday to Saturday from 10:30am to 2:30pm.

Acquiring the ‘We’re Good to Go‘ industry standard mark means we’ve followed government and industry guidelines by having a risk assessment in place along with a process to maintain cleanliness and help with social distancing. Take a look at the News section of this website to see who’s been doing what to put practical measures in place and make sure we’re ready to open. You’ll see lots of familiar faces who have been hard at work.

We want to keep The Witham on the High Street for our community, so the café and shop will open first, then during September some of our regular community classes will re-start – perhaps in a different room, or there’ll be more sessions with fewer people: we’ll keep you posted.

The meadow has been cut ready and we have some re-purposed picnic tables so if it’s a nice day you can be outside. You’ll find fewer tables than previously in the already light and airy café but you’ll be able to overflow into the Music Hall if you really want to feel that you have plenty of space between you and other people.
