Gill Kopka – Colours of the Dales

This exhibition runs from the 16th June until 11th July.

Gill is a member of the Carperby Art Group who exhibit their work locally, both as a group and individually. Gill works with coloured pencil and watercolour, specialising in flowers and animals, although has recently ventured into landscape too. Her paintings are a celebration of the vibrant colours of nature, displaying her fascination with the beautiful shapes and contours of natural forms. Her artistic style shows great attention to detail with images portrayed in a realistic way, since she firmly believes it’s difficult to improve on the stunning beauty of the natural world.

Open Wednesday – Saturday, 10am – 4pm and Sunday 11am – 3pm.
