Best Foot Forward- weekly dance sessions
The D-Project’s Best Foot Forward is a dance and health programme co-produced with people aged 65+ who are living independently. Summer sessions run on Tuesdays 25 July, 1 August and 22 August 10am to 12noon. No classes Tuesday 8 and 15 August.
Work with high quality dance artists in regular workshops to develop your strength and flexibility and co-create high quality dance pieces.
