Best Foot Forward- weekly dance sessions
The D-Project’s Best Foot Forward is a dance and health programme co-produced with people aged 65+ who are living independently. The next set of four sessions run on Tuesdays from 21 June to 19 July 2022 (no class 28 June).
Work with high quality dance artists in regular workshops to develop your strength and flexibility, and co-create high quality dance pieces.
