The Castle Players and The Witham are delighted to announce that the winner of the Mad Hatter competition is ten year old Mila Johnson!
Mila designed a wonderful hat which will be created and worn by the Mad Hatter in the upcoming summer production of Alice in Wonderland in the grounds of the Bowes Museum.
Mila and her family have also received seated tickets for a family of 4 for the opening night on Wednesday 10th July 2019.
Entries were judged by Teesdale Mercury reporter Martin Paul, local Hatter Ann Gill, the Mad Hatter himself, Ben Pearson and Castle Player Director, Dawn Trevor.
