Fridays 10am to 11am and 11.15am to 12.15pm

Secure your spot to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, posture and more.  We perform slow controlled movements and everyone works at their own pace.
The 10am class is fully booked but we have a second class running at 11.15-12.15, ideal if you would like to be with a lot of other new starters.  Whether you are a complete beginner or have practised before you are welcome.
A 6 week term costs £48/£8 per session.  Booking the term is recommended as it’s not guaranteed that there will be PAYG slots left over.  If there are, they will be priced at £12.
