Taught by Rachel Mills, a qualified Yoga teacher since 2016 and a Fitness Professional for over a decade.  Improve strength, flexibility, balance, learn proper relaxation techniques to improve sleep and mental health issues like stress and anxiety.  Suitable for beginners or those with some experience, different options given for different levels.  Yoga has so many ways to improve your health and wellbeing – come join us!
