Meditation Classes

First Thursday of the month from 7.30 pm - 8.45 pm.

In each class there are two relaxing guided meditations and a talk explaining how these meditations can make ourselves and others happy by developing inner peace, and in this way make our lives more meaningful.

£6 per class, payable to the organiser in the room on the day.

These are drop-in classes and there is no need to book. Everyone is welcome. The Witham will be open from 7pm onwards.
