Mediation Classes

Weekly on Thursdays in term time: 7.30 pm - 9 pm

There is a class on Thursday 19th March and then please visit the website for information about streaming classes here.

In each class there are two relaxing guided mediations and a talk explaining how these mediations can help us let go of anger, anxiety and other painful states and replace them with peaceful, positive minds.

Drop in classes – no need. Everyone is welcome.
