Weekly on Thursdays in term time from 10 Sept onwards: 7.30 pm - 9 pm. Building open from 7pm.
In each class there are two relaxing guided meditations and a talk explaining how these meditations can help us let go of anger, anxiety and other painful states, replacing them with peaceful, positive minds. £5 per class, payable to the organiser in the room on the day.
These are drop-in classes and there is no need to book. Everyone is welcome. The Witham will be open from 7pm onwards.
