One of The Witham’s Studios is available for hire from 12th August.
The studio is a very flexible space which could be used as a creative studio, office or workshop activity.
It is a ground floor, self-contained and secure space with sink. The floor space is 40 square metres. It is situated on Hall Street in Barnard Castle with a double window aspect onto the street.
The monthly rent is £500 which includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and alarm system. Maintenance is provided by The Witham. Shared toilet facilities are in the main Witham building.
