Best Foot Forward- weekly dance sessions
The D-Project’s Best Foot Forward is a dance and health programme co-produced with people aged 65+ who are living independently. Sessions run every week for 6 weeks on Tuesdays from 26 April to 31 May 2022.
Work with high quality dance artists in regular workshops to develop your strength and flexibility, and co-create high quality dance pieces.
