Woodcut is one of the most spontaneous forms of printmaking. Marks are made by cutting into a wooden block, which is then inked up and used to make a print. In a one- day workshop, participants will learn how to design, cut and print a multi-coloured woodcut print using professional printing inks to create layers and textures. The workshops are for 12 people, so you’ll get individual attention.
All materials will be provided, but you might like to bring an apron.
